I am a strategic communications and marketing consultant with a sharp eye and hands-on approach. In my career, I have often seen that there is a difference between the needs of employees and the goals of an organisation, which can stand in the way of growth and success.

 That is exactly why I started FITE | From Internal To External. It is of course no coincidence that FITE is pronounced as 'fight' - I do not shy away from fighting for something I believe in, especially not if it contributes to the success of the organisation and strengthens employee engagement.

Real change and impact come when employees feel heard and involved. I believe that successful external communication - whether it is a company or service positioning, employer reputation or a specific campaign - starts with a strong internal foundation. If an organization wants to radiate something, it has to be right from the inside.

With me you will not get long stories or vague advice, but a direct approach. I roll up my sleeves, ask critical questions and really want to help organizations. Always with the best intentions and with the goal of taking teams and employees in the direction the organization wants to go.
